It’s been 2 months since Krystin & I got engaged, and wedding planning has gotten well underway. Boy, has it been a journey. From having a vision, to actually implementing it while balancing costs & expectations from parents; the past few weeks has been nothing short of overwhelming. I’ve always known that planning a wedding would be overwhelming, but I guess I never fully understood the extent of it. I’m just glad that I have Krystin by my side & we’ve just been mindful that at any point, wedding planning should bring us closer together rather than further apart. I definitely have a new found respect & reverence for every couple; knowing how much time, effort & heart have gone into making each decision to make their wedding day truly theirs.
Jason & Kim invited me to be part of their wonderfully rustic wedding in Tanarimba, a tropical rainforest 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I can only hope my storytelling invites you to be part of theirs too. Enjoy.
