I’m blessed to live in a pocket of the world where one can experience four seasons in a day – but to be honest, I’ve never been the biggest fan of winter. My wife loves the opportunities that wintertide brings for baked brie & mulled wine, but next year, we’ve decided to escape the cold & head back to Singapore for 3 months. I can’t wait to sit in the sun & eat all my favourite foods.
