Hi, my name is Jonathan, but you can call me Jon.
Like many photographers, I have countless photos of my kids and my wife — but very few where I’m actually in the frame. I know I’m not alone in that, and this is my small way of giving something back to fellow photographers who might find themselves in the same place.
I also love film. I picked up my first camera over 20 years ago, and it was film that taught me how to see. Somewhere along the way, I drifted from that first love. One of my intentions for 2026 is to shoot more film again — and this felt like a good way to start rolling the ball forward.
Photography, paired with parenting, can be a lonely road. If you’re a one-person studio like I am, running a business can feel isolating — especially when the rest of life is spent wrangling kids and keeping things afloat. This sale is also an excuse to slow down, meet other photographers, and connect with people who still love film the way I do.
