It was lovely to see Tom and Denise again. A few years ago, I photographed their wedding, a lovely Irish - Singaporean celebration. This time, they welcomed me into their Brunswick East home—with one very special new addition.
We spent the first part of the morning at home, with soft winter light streaming through the windows.
After, we wander to a nearby park, rugged up against the cold. Along the way we talked about parenthood, about trips back to Singapore, and about the ever-changing idea of what home means.
One of the things I love most about this job is being invited back into people's lives. To witness not just a single milestone, but the chapters that follow - the growing family.
