I have been following Jon's work on social media for a long time before our wedding as I liked the pictures that he took. However, having Jon as our photographer was so much more than we expected.
Not only did he capture the key moments at the wedding but more importantly the expressions of the moment. Looking at the pictures, we were transported back to not just the memory but the feeling of the moment. This was extremely special and meaningful for my husband and I.
He also has a keen eye for detail. This is a compliment that we have also received from our guests. He captured many things during the event that people would otherwise not notice, or ignore.

“Jon was the absolute perfect wedding photographer for us. We knew that this would be our most important vendor and did a bit of research going into this and it's safe to say that it all worked out perfectly. Jon managed to capture the most beautiful and candid moments of our day and we barely noticed he was there which I think is a skill in itself - to be able to get those perfect pictures without being obtrusive or pushy. He has a really warm and kind personality that really put us at ease on the day, it honestly felt like a friend of ours was just there at our wedding rather than just a vendor, and this really allowed us to be our natural selves. We didn't want anything that was overly staged, too many poses or really over-edited photos and so we love how natural and candid the photos turned out to be. The best compliment I can give him is that my wife is usually hyper critical of photos of herself whenever anyone takes them but she has nothing but praise for Jon's photos and feels very justified in her choice!
